We have more than enough versions of Spiderman as it is. We so not need anymore and especially one in each class. It's already hard enough to naturally awaken specific champs. Hell, we don't even have a 5* Wolverine but we can get a ton of different versions of the same characters.

Okay first a mutant spiderman kinda does exist there is the house of m spiderman who is believed to be a mutant until revealed to be a non born mutant. There is also the earth x spiderman is a mutant I believe.
As far as mystic spidey there is a very easy one, ghost spider,basically a combination of spiderman and ghost rider.
Also spiderman 2099 isn't mutant,not even close, he'd easily be either tech or science,that depends on whether they consider the lyla AI to make him tech or not.

That is iron spider,to put it in easy terms the infinity war version of spidey with the arms on his back is based off of this spidey from the comics.

When Tony gives the nano tech to spidey in Infinity war,that suit represents the mcu version of iron spider.

Sorry about that note, you are correct... But the point still stands as close as they are to the MCU this will probably be a scarlet spider from a movie, into the spiderverse 2 maybe? Or the next spiderman. It may even be an iron spider, but with the MCU already displaying it differently it will have to be a MCOC does its own thing sort of situation

I stated in my original post that while a different universe they are still closely tied together. You stated it is "clearly iron spider" and I provided 3 images that debunked that and pointed out the iron spider in the MCU is different, so they would have to go out on their own for it, or it will be scarlet spider which looks basically the same.
