Dumb question, new champions are added to 3/4/5 star crystal at the same time as Premium?

Hoping for Annihilus, just wanted to confirm he is available in the other crystals at the same time he is added to the regular premium, right?

    Yes the only crystal where they are added at different times is 6* when they are added at end of featured cycle
