Haven't seen too much about this hero, and I saw his ratings on a few sites, and he wasn't in a high tier.
I just duped him today, so I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

    Havok is awesome. If you can set him up right, you can get a really nice sp3.
    Great counter to annoying defenders like Korg and can do a lot of other stuff.

    I’d say so, you can still get some really nice damage of. Great defender as well.

    Savio is totally right
    Havok is amazing and he shoots massive sp3s and can do very hard hitting heavies
