Seasons rewards?

I claimed my AW season 10 rewards but didn't get them. I should get 2000 4* shards and the rest of the rewards for GOLD 2 but got nothing. I closed the game and opened it again but still nothing.

Hey there, sorry to hear about this. For something like this, our Support Team would be the best equipped to look into things. You can reach them directly from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
