Defence Tactics not showing?

We are Tier 5 but can't see any options to apply Defence Tactics during our currently active Placement phase.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    If you’re on the verge of t5 and 6 and you play a t6 ally you have a 50-50 chance to play on either map, you could be playing as if you’re in t6

    Alternatively, if there is no AW Boss placed, the outgoing global node doesn’t apply.
