Cable Issues after the update

I have been having issues with Cable after the update
- Heavy Attack doesn't register consistantly. Several times the attack goes through the enemy (enemy is not blocking) and does not register a hit.
- Heavy Attack hits but degeneration does not trigger at 100% of the time as it should. Ive had this issue fighting Antman and Mordo.
- Hit sequence being interrupted after 4th hit with a automatic counter from enemy. (Enemy did not evade and hit back)
Can you guys have a look.
