No special attacks in arena

@Kabam Miike can you please help me and explain why every time that I reach win streak 10-15 and I have to play with Kang’s or Thanos’s team the AIs won’t use their sp unless they reach sp3 and if you won’t die then they will use normally their sp1-2 in order to kill you. This happens all the time in the 5* featured arena

It’s because you are not doing the infinite streak properly
After certain streaks you need higher level teams. Search YouTube for this

Not entirely on-point. From 10 until15 (and actually before 10 as well, but is easier teams earlier on so you don't really notice), the AI is very passive and will often delay using their SP's They aren’t really saving up for SP3, and in fact sometimes will continue to go a little further in fight before they even will use their SP3 even after reaching that level (so you might still have more time to finish them off beforehand).
It's not just Thanos/Kang teams that are passive in their AI. And actually doesn't turn higher speed AI until maybe 18 or 20 (?), but you are back to manageable opponents once you’re at Streak=15 (and so long as you use appropriately high overall team ratings above 15, see guides).

However, yes, you could mitigate severe mismatches against lopsided Thanos/Kang teams by doing “unbalanced” teams until Streak=15. 2 heroes of high or semi-high Rating, with a single very low rated hero for 3rd fighter in which you would just sacrifice that fight and shoot for 2 out of 3 wins (maintains streak).

Thanos/Kang teams aren't even the unbalanced ones, it's the 'death squads' you get when you're far too underleveled to do jack. If anything, facing Thanos/Kang teams means your team is around the right place for the fight.
