Quake fans

I just noticed quakes heavy is not charging. I just played monthly quest, rol and vs mode. No charges, no after shocks, no concussions. Only after a special is she getting after shocks. Can anyone else confirm this? I use her alot, just not the last couple of weeks. Any input is welcome.
