Blade ghost rider and stark can shrug off poison and regen. I did that against red hulk in 6.1.5

omega and namor also can take him, i used namor but either works

I used Hype L1 spam with max Despair, but you basically have to die and finish with someone else due to how many hits you are gonna rack up.
No OR, Namor, Blade synergy, Heimdall, Ghost here =\

That's what I was thinking. I know she converts Shock Debuffs. Just not sure about the proximity DoT. Haven't tested it.

Regen 1% permanently? Can you reverse the healing? Alternatively awakened Cap marvel could do it with some revives prob

Nebula is not a good matchup. She doesn’t negate his static shock damage and her shock debuffs are worthless against him and also give Electro more attack damage.
