Can someone please explain the matchmaking process

How is it that I put this team in... Click find a partner for dungeon 7, and this is what it gives me... Less than half my team and 5k below the apparent minimum for 7...

This surely needs an urgent change?

matchmaking in dungeons suck, why do that in first place(unless need to get that matchmaking crystal), always play with ally members or friends.
Further I think matchmaking at that time was not able to find anyone closer to your level and it matched with best available.

Does it do Matchmaking based on what champs have already been selected to go into dungeon, or does it just match based on who “has the potential champ ratings” to be similar to you (but then they actually choose to put in a lesser team after matching) ??
