Question about Mr sinister

Just fought a mr sinister in war on bubble shield node with stark spidey
Was going good no damage took only had about 6 blocks on counter then I got caught off a very quick heavy resulting in an instant ko I had no debuffs on me was around 98% health
Can anyone enlighten me how or why this happened?

It was a rank 1 6* and it instant kod my r5 5* stark spidey must've been over 25k damage
