Rank up advice: 6* R2 or 5* R5

Who is most worthy of the T5 catalysts? The resources are hard to come by and I don’t want to choose poorly. I still need to 100% 6.1 and haven’t started 6.2 yet.

I would say in this specific case go for the 5* as I think Ghost would be better at R5 especially for Act 6, lot of things she'll need to shrug off, then when you finish 6.1 and focus on 6.2 you should be able to have the resources to decide again

I have 5* R3 Wasp, 6* R1 YJ and 5* R3 Hood. No Antman.

Should I think about R4 for Wasp and Hood to make them more viable to quest with as well? Will they be more helpful for end game content than a R2 6*?

My other thought is that I understand the 6.2.6 Champion boss fight needs SS and would be much easier if he was a R2 6*

That's really tough. I'm in a similar situation. Not sure to:
R2 6* Symbiote Supreme (unduped)
R5 5* Captain America IW (duped). Has a good chance of purifying debuffs, plus a whole lot more
R5 5* Stark Enhanced Spider-man (duped). He's awesome, especially w/ 5* Ghost Rider (unduped) & 4* Blade (Maxed). (Thinking of eventually ranking up my 5* Blade (unduped), but the 4* works out well w/ the regen)

Symbiote Supreme is supposed to be awesome though...
