Triggers shock even when its on cooldown. I know you'll ask vids but i dont have any. Please fix. I noticed it before with mordo on mesmerize so im pretty sure ANY evade triggers the ability linked to their inherent auto evade. Thanks

    What about the part where it says counter attack is disabled after she shrinks?
