Aegon sig ability not working as intended

My Aegon sin lvl 145 he should take 66% of his combo to Presistent Combo.
When I finish fight with 10 hits combo.. He take only 5 hits. He have to take 6 instead.
Or do I miss something? Because that also effect for long fights.
I tested him to many times he never take more than 50% on this lvl.
Why?

    100 combo same 10 combo.. But I will try.

    Ok good thanks now its clear. I checked him with 100 combo.. And next fight he takes 66.. That was right.

    No it isn’t that’s not how it scales🤦‍♂️
    It is if he does 10 hits he should get 66% of that 6.66666 round it down or up your choice
