Auto alliance joining feature

The Auto alliance joining feature should only place people in alliance that speak the same language. I'm having a lot of trouble building my new alliance because of the language barrier. Or fix the in-game chat to have certain things that are translated like "clear aw" "take path 3" little phrases in a pop-up window like dungeons that can be translated globally.
