The only approved method of playing on PC is with a Google Chromebook with Apps downloaded through the Google Play Store. Not all have that ability. The use of Emulators and programs that can be used to modify the game files is against TOS.

You can play on multiple smartphone but cant play simultaneously and you can't play it on pc

people play on bluestacks all the time,

apparently not this game but in many other games,

even marvel games, marvel strike force, future fight, marvel battle lines etc

(strike force yotuubers even sponsor bluestacks)
