Dungeon bug

Hi, so me and an alliance member was doing dungeons and it logged her off and she couldn't get back on the game until the room expired, I have also experienced this before where I get logged of, this happens every dungeon I'm in

I have done Dungeon 6 to room 4 and no rewards. Then did Dungeon 5 and got the the 3 room rewards. Very odd.

Same happened to me but reset the game and got the first stage but not the second.
