I'd go with Electro or DS. DS is not what he used to be but still a pretty good option for normal questing.

I think Strange. most of those really need to be duped while he doesn't and can regen plus gain power for specials without having to hit the opponent and give them power. Psylocke seems to have good power control utility but I don't have her in a 4* so don't really know how to use her yet.
