I’d love a heavy hitter, but I also have blade at r5 which GR would help with and benefit from.

    Captain Marvel (movie) to r5
    Get/keep GR at r4. He can be useful at r4 and still have the synergy when you need it but not worth the r5 imo. I haven't personally tested CM but she seems insane and probably a worthy r5.
