When I try to enter the 5* lucky draw it's showing it's not promotional in my region, what's the meaning of this isn't it a global contest 😑😑

    There are rules in each place, so it really isn't Kabam's fault, it is your local government that makes the rules.

    That is why lots of contests can't be done in some places.
