Hi guys, I am reaching out to KABAM and the marvel contest of champions community for a very serious subject.
my in game name is avenging1 and my youtube name is AKA-ALAN
My dearest mother Susan Atherton, lost her brave battle against this horrific illness cancer on 22nd April 2019 at 6.21am. Originally diagnosis was with breast cancer, she fought secondaries in her lungs and finally lesions on the brain and stomach.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in Southend UWCB boxing event on 23/11/19 to raise money and save lives.
I put up a good fight in arena and in game and now im going into the ring and putting up a good fight there
This fight is for her, I could do little to take away her pain or make her journey easier but I CAN and WILL continue the fight for a cure for cancer and support Cancer research.
So far, the marvel contest of champions community has been the catalyst of support with a number of youtubers such as rich the man, katy candy, dorky Dave and KT1 all producing videos and pushing my just giving page which has after 2 weeks totalled an amazing £236.56. but it doesn’t stop there. marvel contest of champions has been and played a major part of my life recently. it has been a distraction from the pain and hurt me and my family have suffered. so a big thank you to the community.
