Game Version Installed: 24.0

Game Mode: Story, Event Quest, AQ (not tested in war, arena, dungeons)

Champions Affected: My 4* 5/50 Doc Voodoo (sig. 20) does not power drain when using special attack 2 with odd combo. The even combo power steal does work, however.

Active Boosts: Nope

Description of the Issue: Started noticing it the past few weeks; never triggers anymore so I stopped trying.

Yeah, it's 50% on all Voodoo does, it's just he doubles his ability accuracy when he's in even.
