His block profficiency is one of the lowest in the game, so imo you should take that into account for sure. Modok sure has utility, but his dupp abiloty helps him quite a bit and with the recent "plague node" named Indomitable, which is used very frequently, MODOK's SP1 heal tegen is useless. Imho, you should wait for 5* AG in September
