Don't know account email.

A friend of mine who's not very tech literate has an account that's about 2 years old, couple months give or take, and he wants to buy a new phone and transfer his profile there. Problem is he doesn't know what email his profile is associated with. He's got an android phone, and when I tried to login with his gmail from inside the game, a new account was created, so clearly his profile is not linked to his gmail account.

I tried contacting kabam, even showing them proof of a payment made into the account, but they won't tell us the email linked with the profile. Is there anything we can do to link his profile with a new google email account or kabam account so he doesn't lose his progress?

Alternatively, he can contact our Support Team from within the game by clicking on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, he should tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
