Dungeons issue! Doc oc locked

So for some reason, 3 champs are locked from using in dungeons.

Bare in mind, I haven’t done any for a week.

But even then he was locked.

It’s like they are stuck in some sort of limbo from a previous dungeon, and I cannot use them; even when the time expires it starts again everytime
I enter to pick a team.

Any suggestions? Just gotta send a ticket?

    The cooldown on 6*s in dungeons is close to a week, 5 days 20 hours, you are at 14 hours ago so you last used it 5 days 6 hours ago.

    Lots of people were up in arms. Unfortunately you missed the 1 unit refreshthat started on Sunday through Wensday, or the reduced cooldown because yours was already on cooldown.

    Nah I caught that, and did it.

    Just didn’t know it was basically a week for a 6* to recharge.

    Seems so stupid; not to worry I got the milestones anyway, was just gonna use him as it was Mutant I would of been against.
