Phantasamagoria issues

I’m trying to exploration complete this event and have been able to reach all paths except for some paths on levels: double vision ( ch 2-2) and prestige ( ch 3-2). I don’t understand why the teleporter doesn’t give me the option to take more than 2 paths on each level’s first teleporter. I see more than 2 paths connected to these ports but can’t use them. There’s no clear reason on the quest details why I can’t. Is it me using too strong of characters? A glitch? Someone help?

    There haven’t been any issues with anyone else on this, I know it sounds stupid but are you scrolling down to see path c?
