I have a 5* sig 120 R5 Omega and, in my opinion, he needs 3 things to truly shine: suicides, high sig and Sabretooth. In your case, I'd go for Havok. You can still use Omega on Caltrops, Bleed or Biohazard nodes...

5* - Omega Red. Even unduped he can become so boss. Biohazard nodes are solved.
