You left off Venom the Duck. I have VtD, Corvus, and Cull all at 5/65, and as @NikoBravo pointed out, I think it really depends on what you're doing with them.

I've really come to love questing with VtD. Corvus is my go to in AW, as well as any quests with obnoxious evaders. Cull is just a wrecking ball, but in my experience at least, you're probably gonna need some health pots on him by the time he gets ramped up, cause he takes a pretty good amount of chip damage.
