I too have purchased all 3 catalyst selectors and have not received any.

I had the same problem too, purchased all three catalyst exchanges and received nothing.

This issue has been resolved. If you purchased the Catalyst selector yesterday and didn't receive it, the next time you log in it will appear for you.
