Ghost rider bug in new update.

Ghost rider’s fate seal appears to no longer be working in alliance quest. I fate sealed hyperion on node 54 (the icon confirmed he was fate sealed) but he proceeded to proc a power up buff (and hence kill me). This is the first time this had happened to me. I wonder whether it is due to the new update.
