Not sure but why is the colossus buff in already if there was supposed to be beta testing?

As title says why is it in already and why does he hit weaker than what he was hitting before the update?

    The beta test is yet to be held (sometime in this month).
    What has changed is merely the fight animation.

    The update brought an animation change on his specials. The buff is not yet available.
