About Summoner Tittle - thoughts??

I was just looking at some rewards list
According to Summoner Tittle.
Every time "Elder's Bane" is Missing.
We all know it takes forever to explore act 5. And then why not
Change the tittle from exploration to completion??
How about people get "Elder's Bane" just by completing act 5??
Now it's just a thought.
Unless it's a long wait from Uncollected to Cavillier.
People do love tittle. The basic ones in particular.
