5* dr. Strange

So dr strange is currently in the 5* featured crystal would there be any plans to add him to the basic after this featured crystal ends or will he forever be an elusive champ as a 5*?

    IMHO not really but I’m curious. He has some decent utility and his synergy with capiw is decent mostly dr strange is just my favorite marvel character period. I think he is owed a hardcore rework especially with all the new champs being released the 12.0 nerd reasoning is now negligible with the exception of sw and Thor.
