Crazy overheating after update

I play on Ipad and Android phone; galaxy 7 edge. After last update, both are overheating like crazy, the ipad less so than the phone, but still crazy hot after 15 mins of game play. The phone gets maybe 5 minutes before it shuts itself down. Nothing else running. I just did a shut down on the phone and let it stay off for 15 minutes. It cooled down a bit. I powered it up and and was watching some pro vids on youtube as it loaded. Wasn't paying much attention to the phone until it rang the message chime and shut down again because of MCOC. It just reloaded i guess when it restarted and without me even playing it, overheated enough to shut the phone down. I will check the ipad in a minute because i shut it down 10 minutes ago to cool as well. This is really no bueno imho. You hit us up for a monthly and then overheat my devices? Just saying. I'm sure im not the only one with this issue. The last month update with a touch bad for overheating, but was still playable. I'm not sure if this one is. Just wanted to get my 2 cents in. Hope there is a fix coming soon.
