He was able to regen at the 3rd phase(10%) even with indestructible charges which made it an infinite battle
Since if he regens above the 10% he enters the second mode and then you bring him back down and the cycle repeats

That’s what I thought. Would make sense for compensation to go out to anyone who completed a path or got to him after 24.1.
