Need an incinerate immune champ for this EQ

I have a 4* duped Havok and a 4* duped Human Torch and a 4* duped Night Thrasher. Which one of these is worth investing if I am looking for an incinerate immune champ.
Also, I feel like it should be Havok, but Human Torch has coldsnap immunity making him valuable for freezerburn nodes, but on the other hand, he takes too long to ramp up and maintain. Would love to hear your thoughts about this.
