Duel Target System is Broken. Let People Select Who They Want From A Menu

I wanted to find a duel target for Ebony M and after looking for 25 mins I gave up. I have to experiment in war instead of practicing first.
As the game progresses, it is almost impossible to find duel targets to practice on for certain champs. The Line duel bots always have outdated info.
Kabam, can you just make a system where you can select any champ to duel, except maybe the new ones in the current monthly? And when the month ends they are added.
Why wouldn’t this make sense? It is a waste of time to have your players looking for duel targets and clicking on random profiles for tons of time. Is there any downside?
