For the last 5 times I have opened a 4* shard crystal I have received the exact same character each time. I've written to kabam and asked them about this and they have told me it can happen. When I asked them at that point it had only been four times but again today I pulled 4* blackbolt for now the 5th time. This can't be a normal thing. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so was it resolved or did you get kabamed?
