UC and Wolv buff

UC and Wolverines should be buffed similarly to Colossus and Logan. Make all “fire” champs GS incinerate inmune already. Keep re-tooling old champs like Gambit, WM, IP, Hulk, etc, make H.E. and Pun change ammo like WS’s EMP.
