Domino bugged or silent nerfed?

After the new update I noticed that Domino's not criting like she use too, in particular with her heavy. And i'm not the only one, other people from my alliance who use her a lot have the feeling.

    I 100% UC just fine with Domino. Didn’t noticed any difference.

    The issue with asking your alliance with things like this is that people who notice an unlucky streak speak up and people that aren’t having it dont
