Can not claim catalysts. Network Error.

I've seen a few posts like this but none of them are very clear.

Has anyone else had trouble claiming catalysts after the update? I know you can't claim them one at a time but hitting "Claim Max" results in a network error: "Problems connecting to network. Please check your connection." Does anyone have a fix?

Yes, this is happening for me too. I too need a fix for it.
I tried restarting the app and as well as my device but this error happens.

I am also experiencing this bug. My connection is fine, and I only received the error when hitting claim max as well. The best we can do is report it and hope Kabam fixes it, as it is very annoying.

same here.. I've been told that it's a known issue & they're working on it..
Whenever I try to claim catalysts it shows connection error & then I have to close & reopen the game to play 😡😠

When I click 'CLAIM MAX' for my catalysts in stash.. I get
"Problems connecting to network Please check your connection" error pop up on my screen. What should I do?
Help me.. my catalysts are going to be expired.
