Problem with purchase

Hello kabam just want to say u that r doing great I’ve been on and off with this game but always come back it never gets old but anyways I purchased a 20$ for 4k bundle So I could get the chards and other perks and than I saw the same but for 30$ but for 6k shards for 4* and it said the purchase went through but didn’t receive my rewards... plz look into it and help me
