Since we get the reward for having all beacons in December I'd think November is a better guess. And Doom would be the perfect villain for Reed so I'd hope they release at the same time...

Not according to alleged datamined info. I expect Doom and Reed in December. I'm thinking a mystic Halloween tie in for October, an OC related event in November. Maybe Reed and Doom will even be January as they said F4 over a year, not the year. IE not in from Jan to Dec 2019, but Jan '19 to Jan '20.
