I think both EQ's were pretty straightforward but I don't know which one I would say was the easiest.

Unfortunately not. I have had some luck with starky, but I still takes at least one revive so far.

With sparky it should be really easy, his taunts, power drain, sp2 shock increased damage. Vision's sp1 and 2 don't do any in block damage, so you can just block and swipe back to attack

Yeah I just need to work on timing it and not just parrying not trying to dash back
