Free 4* crystal

The crystal is found on the first tab under crystal section. Not the one where shards are accumulated.
Look under Crystals tab instead of Shard Crystals tab.

I have no crystals to open in my stash. I have sent a help ticket to kabam as well see if they can help. Did everyone get there’s ?

You'll have to put in a ticket from in-game. That's how they will be able to help you. If by chance you did open it, they will be able to see that, so don't waste your time. But if it is a bug, a ticket is how you get it fixed. Posting here doesn't do anything and the admins will you the same thing
