Not getting the Soecial Status Effects in Arena

I have killed 5 champs using (waiting) Bleed, Poison and Shock but haven't received the credit in-game. I checked and it doesn't specify that this has to be done in any Quest or mode. Can anyone explain to me what's happening?

Is it doing the final damage or are you just killing them with it active

It seems to be working properly now
