Question about Rogues interaction with Heal Reversal

I'm curious how her sp1 would work with Heal Reversal. We know that the amount she heals from her sp1 is the same amount as the damage the life steal does, but what if it was reversed? Could it end up healing the champ it was used on by that amount?
