White blocks for health bar and sp's

Just been in an AQ map 5 fight against mini boss scarlet witch, I had white blocks over our health bars and over the specials so I couldn't see how much health we had left or anything.
There was also blocks around the damage indicators and on the 3,2,1 countdown timer at the beginning
