Which mastery should I unlock next?

I'm currently halfway through Act 4 and I'm debating between willpower or despair. Thanks!

Honestly I don't think willpower is worth it if you don't already have it unlocked. I still have a point in willpower but I keep wondering if it is a waste. It does help but I don't think it's worth the cost of unlocking unless you want to run suicides. You also have to burn so many points in defense to keep it unlocked. If you aren't going for suicides I'd say unlock despair and go for deep wounds and assassin.

After that you can think about if you want willpower or not. I find it extremly useful it costs a lot.

The other option would be dispair (really good) deep wounds and assassin. These last 2 are the ultimate "nice to have"
They cost a lot as well and you have to look if they fit your champs (a lot of bleeders etc)

Btw I think assassin 2/5 is more than enough
