What masteries should I invest in after Dexterity and Parry and why?

I am currently playing act 4.2.2 and so far I've unlocked the basics, Parry, Dexterity and Pierce. What should I invest in next?

You'll have to get Pierce to be able to unlock Cruelty and Precision, but don't put anything else into it. After that I'd say get Salve. Then Glass Canon afterwards, just cause it's the most expensive of those cheaper masteries. This is what I'm working on right now.

Thanks, how useful is salve? @Etjama

Salve isn’t that useful, but it opens up the recovery mastery, which is worth getting

    Cruelty and Precision without question.

After that....work towards Willpower, Despair, Block proficiency, Stupefy, Deep Wounds
